<description>Natalie had an incredible idea recently to start a new family tradition. On a recent date night we were talking about the scenario of an asteroid hitting the earth and having one last evening before impact. How would we spend those last few hours? The idea had legs and we decided to try it out with our kids.
The first part of the episode was recorded the day of the event. We talk about the idea in detail, how we chose to spend the evening, and what we hope our family gets out of it. The second part was recorded the following week. We report on how it went and some of the conversation that came out of it.
We found a lot of value in the new tradition and hope you enjoy hearing about it.
